Welcome to Mouna Medispa. By booking a service, visiting our clinic, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or provide written consent.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Mouna Medispa offers cosmetic and aesthetic treatments performed by certified professionals. These treatments are not a substitute for medical care, and results may vary. Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions prior to receiving any treatment. You agree that you’ve consulted your physician before undergoing new procedures, especially if you have underlying medical conditions.

3. Bookings & Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments require a valid credit card or deposit to secure your spot.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours): $50 fee may apply.

  • No-shows or cancellations under 4 hours: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, e-Transfer.

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.

  • Gratuities are not included but appreciated.

5. Refunds & Packages

  • No refunds on completed treatments.

  • Unused prepaid services may be refundable within 14 days of purchase with valid medical documentation.

  • All packages are non-transferable and expire 18 months after the purchase date.

  • Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

6. Results & Reactions

  • Results may vary based on individual skin type, health history, and compliance with post-treatment care.

  • You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

  • Notify us of any adverse reactions within 72 hours for review.

  • Mouna Medispa is not liable for complications unless caused by verified negligence.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be presented at the time of service.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • Expiry dates on gift cards and offers are final.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All client data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups via email, SMS, or phone.

9. Conduct & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

  • Smoking, vaping, and intoxication are prohibited within the clinic.

  • Children must be supervised at all times; treatment rooms are not child-safe zones.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Mouna Medispa and cannot be used or reproduced without our written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Mouna Medispa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  Canada, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
